Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Swift HR Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Customer Delivery & Success Manager to scale the US business. The role involves overseeing the delivery, adoption, and ongoing operation of enterprise software products while coordinating internal activities to improve the product-led services model.
Responsibilities
- Act as the senior Yambay point of contact for North American customers and partners on services, including providing guidance on implementation, coordinating Yambay involvement during implementations, and maintaining regular engagement with production operations
- Collaborate with fellow members of the North America services team to prioritise ongoing efforts to define and improve Yambay’s product-led services model, and coordinate delivery of identified improvements
- Coordinate the activities of fellow members of the North American services team, including managing a forward-looking schedule that aligns work across customer priorities, support for product & engineering teams, and ongoing services improvements
- Participate in internal cross-functional teams responding to customer and market requests – with responsibilities focused on responding to implementation requirements and commercials
Skills
- A minimum of five years' experience in services and/or delivery leadership roles at enterprise software vendors or services companies focused on large enterprises with complex IT environments, with demonstrated success in channel-partner-fronted delivery models
- Hands-on experience in enabling channel partners and systems integrators to deliver solutions on behalf of an enterprise software vendor. Comfortable operating in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments where scope, responsibilities, and timelines must be actively negotiated
- Hands-on experience in leading continuous improvement of solution delivery models, including the migration from 'services-led waterfall projects' to 'product-level continuous deployments.'
- Working knowledge of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and technology concepts – sufficient to engage with partners and customers on how to implement our solution
- Willingness to work flexible hours, particularly during part of the evening, to allow overlap with the Australia-based team in exchange for time off in the morning. Comfortable with remote work and occasional travel, including international travel
- Familiarity with, and commitment to, using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) as part of daily work
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and (verbal & written) communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Current US Work authorization required
- Experience in the utilities sector
