* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* Reside within North Carolina or surrounding areas, with access to high-speed internet (> 40mbps)
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge to customers
* Proficiency in computer software and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems
