About the Role: Remote Customer Experience Specialist
As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at careerzynith, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable, and trusted voice that our customers turn to when they need help, guidance, or reassurance. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction Excellence: Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, consistently meeting or exceeding quality and productivity benchmarks.
- Case Management: Follow up diligently on open client cases, ensuring that each issue is tracked, escalated when necessary, and resolved to the customer's complete satisfaction.

What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications
- Technical Requirements: You must have a reliable computer running a genuine, validated, and native copy of Windows 10, Windows 11, or the most current version of macOS. Macs must be no more than five years old. A USB headset, a webcam, and at least one 15-inch or larger monitor are also required.
- Internet Connection: A minimum internet speed of 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload is required, with a direct Ethernet connection strongly preferred for optimal performance.
- Typing Proficiency: You should be able to type at a rate of at least 40 words per minute with a minimum of 80% accuracy.
- Physical Requirements: The ability to sit for extended periods of time, as well as the manual dexterity needed to operate a computer, keyboard, and mouse, is essential.
- Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free, and dedicated home office space is required to ensure professionalism during customer interactions.
- Availability: Flexibility to work day shifts, evening shifts, night shifts, and weekends is highly preferred. You should be open to a variety of scheduling options.
- Location: Applicants must reside in one of the following U.S. states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico (excluding Santa Fe County and Las Cruces), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin.
