The role involves defining the enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture roadmap and ensuring alignment with business objectives while serving as the final architecture authority for ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture roadmap aligned to business objectives
- Establish platform governance, architectural standards, reusable patterns, and design principles
- Drive platform consolidation, modernization, and technical debt reduction initiatives
- Serve as the final architecture authority for ServiceNow solutions
- Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions spanning:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- ITAM
- HRSD
- CSM
- SPM
- SecOps
- AI/Now Assist
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across global enterprise environments
Skills
- 12+ years of overall IT experience
- 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise ServiceNow transformations
- Experience across multiple ServiceNow product lines (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, SPM, SecOps, IRM/GRC, AI/Now Assist)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Mandatory
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CAD (Certified Application Developer)
- Multiple CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SPM, etc.)
