Position Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, information, or resolution. You will handle a high volume of inquiries across multiple channels, working to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor. In addition to providing exceptional support, you will play a key role in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that enhance the customer experience and contribute to business growth.
This is a full-time, hourly position with a starting rate of $12.50 per hour. Paid training is provided, and all necessary equipment will be supplied to ensure you have everything you need to succeed in your remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Inquiry Management: Handle a wide range of customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring every customer feels heard, respected, and valued throughout the interaction.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Maximize every customer interaction by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell profitable products and services that align with the customer's needs and preferences.
- Accurate Documentation: Document and update customer records based on each interaction, ensuring that all information is captured accurately and completely within the CRM system.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the evolving products, services, features, and policies of our clients, enabling you to provide accurate, up-to-date information at all times.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

- Minimal Background Noise: Personal disruptions are not allowed during scheduled hours and should not be audible in the background. This includes, but is not limited to, children playing, dogs barking, loud music, non-work-related phone calls, doorbells, and conversations with family members or roommates.
