Key Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact: Serve as the initial liaison for routine customer requests and queries related to premium audits, handling high‑volume phone and email communications with policyholders, agents, and third‑party partners.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience (preferred).
