Note: This role requires weekend availability, as our customers need support seven days a week. We believe in providing consistent, reliable assistance to families exploring pet ownership, which is why weekend coverage is essential to our operations.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a special kind of professional—someone who brings both skill and heart to every interaction. The ideal candidate for this role combines natural empathy with exceptional communication abilities and a genuine passion for helping others.
Essential Qualifications
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer service, client services, or relationship management roles. Prior experience in pet-related industries, animal welfare organizations, or veterinary practices is a definite plus but not required.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal communication skills, particularly for phone interactions, combined with polished written communication for email and text correspondences.
• Emotional Intelligence: High EQ with the ability to understand and respond appropriately to customer emotions, concerns, and needs.
• Adaptability: A positive, flexible attitude with the ability to embrace change quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
