Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Holistic Partners, Inc is seeking a D365 Finance Functional Lead with extensive ERP experience. The role involves leading finance module implementations, gathering business requirements, configuring D365 Finance, and acting as the primary liaison between finance stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead D365 Finance implementations (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting)
- Gather business requirements and prepare BRDs, FDDs, fit-gap analysis, and test scripts
- Configure Chart of Accounts, Posting Profiles, Financial Dimensions, and Ledger setup
- Lead SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders, architects, developers, and project managers
- Mentor functional consultants and ensure successful project delivery
Skills
- 12+ years of Finance ERP implementation experience
- 8+ years of D365 F&O Finance functional experience
- Strong accounting knowledge (GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance)
- Hands-on D365 Finance configuration experience
- Excellent client-facing, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps/Jira, Excel, Visio/BPM; Leapwork is a plus
