Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Intuvia Technologies is seeking a Data Analyst to develop and maintain complex data queries and analytical solutions. The role involves designing dashboards, analyzing banking data, and collaborating with stakeholders to provide insights and support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and ETL processes to extract, transform, and analyze large banking datasets
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to provide actionable insights on business performance, customer behavior, and operational metrics
- Analyze retail banking, commercial banking, lending, deposits, payments, and transaction data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk teams, finance, and operations to gather reporting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data
- Create automated reporting solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual reporting efforts
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making, regulatory reporting, and executive management requests
- Utilized Generative AI tools to enhance data analysis, SQL query optimization, report generation, and documentation, improving productivity and decision-making
- Work with large relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL to support enterprise reporting and analytics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations summarizing analytical findings and business recommendations
Skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, query optimization)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, dashboard development)
- Experience developing interactive dashboards using Tableau
- Knowledge of banking products, financial transactions, customer analytics, and regulatory reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
