They are hiring a Data Analyst - People to join their People Analytics team, responsible for shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes.
Responsibilities
- Translate people needs and data into action: create relationships with individuals across the organization, identify quick wins, choose the appropriate statistical test and partner to implement your findings
- Execute against the vision for People Analytics: Support the development of the People Analytics roadmap and execute against the projects that are prioritized. Current projects cover topics in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Workforce Planning and Employee Listening
- Get your hands dirty in a variety of People Analytics projects, which will involve wrangling data to enable comprehensive intelligence and tapping in where needed
- Learn about various data analytics tools and methods through hands-on involvement in projects and shadowing senior team members
- Engage with team members on multiple levels, from technical experts to senior leadership, gaining insights into the strategic role of data analytics in business decisions
- Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, such as labor capitalization reports
Skills
- Python or R experience required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- SQL experience preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics or anything relevant to the implementation of People Analytics
