As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring document classification and transmission to clients. If you're a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills and a passion for data entry, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Process documents electronically, including scanning, indexing, and uploading documents to our systems * Make outbound calls to doctor's offices to verify information and resolve issues, as volume permits * Process claims and ensure accurate and timely transmission to clients * Receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients * Sort, image, and archive documents, files, and records by form type * Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information * Classify documents based on contract requirements * Verify data from automated data extraction tools * Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level **Position Requirements** * High School Diploma or equivalency * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Teams, and other relevant software * Must have a secure workspace with high-speed internet * Must be able to pass a typing test * Must be able to sit for long periods and willing to work overtime if needed * Well-organized with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Strong data entry skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Must be available to work weekends and holidays if required **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a remote work environment * Knowledge of healthcare or insurance industry * Certification in data entry or customer service * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and speed * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
