**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring document classification and transmission to clients. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process documents electronically, including scanning, indexing, and uploading documents to our systems
* Make outbound calls to doctor's offices to verify information and resolve issues, as volume permits
* Process claims and ensure accurate and timely transmission to clients
* Receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients
* Sort, image, and archive documents, files, and records by form type
* Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information
* Classify documents based on contract requirements
* Verify data from automated data extraction tools
* Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level
**Position Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalency
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Teams, and other relevant software
* Must have a secure workspace with high-speed internet
* Must be able to pass a typing test
* Must be able to sit for long periods and willing to work overtime if needed
* Well-organized with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong data entry skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Must be available to work weekends and holidays if required
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a remote work environment
* Knowledge of healthcare or insurance industry
* Certification in data entry or customer service

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
* Base pay: $26,600.00 - $33,250.00 per year
* Bonus or incentive opportunities based on business need
