Position Overview
As a Remote Data Entry & Live Chat Support Specialist at careerzynith, you will play a crucial role in capturing, processing, and managing customer feedback data that directly informs our product and service strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the voice of our customers is accurately represented across multiple platforms, languages, and regions. The Customer Listening Team at careerzynith handles more than 5 million surveys annually across consumer, business, and merchant segments, making this role integral to maintaining the integrity and quality of our customer experience insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Capture and Management: Accurately input, organize, and maintain customer survey data across internal platforms, ensuring consistency and integrity in every record you handle.
- Live Chat Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries in real time through our live chat interface, providing timely, professional, and empathetic support that reflects the careerzynith standard of excellence.
- Survey Processing: Assist in the design, programming, and maintenance of customer experience surveys that are translated into multiple languages and deployed across numerous countries.
