Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Remote Data Governance Team Lead to champion the design, implementation, and evolution of careerzynith’s Data Governance capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of data stewardship, quality assurance, compliance, and business intelligence, providing strategic direction and hands‑on leadership to ensure that our data assets are trustworthy, accessible, and leveraged to their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define, develop, and roll out careerzynith’s Data Governance framework, encompassing Data Literacy, Stewardship, Quality, Metadata Management, Master Data Management, and Data as an Asset.
- Capability Management: Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of each governance capability, establishing workflows, standards, policies, and continuous improvement plans.
