Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement diverse data solutions that align with business requirements and adhere to technical standards, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Product Management, Data Governance, and IT, to develop cohesive solutions that meet business needs and comply with data architecture guidelines.
- Provide expert guidance on data domain integration, developing sophisticated data pipelines, reports, and dashboards that facilitate informed decision-making across the organization.
- Lead technical efforts, overseeing the development of high-quality data solutions and ensuring the effective deployment of data visualizations and statistical analyses.
- Partner with stakeholders to optimize and scale data solutions, promoting swift decision-making and increasing opportunities for reuse of data assets.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in technology and a strong understanding of data solutions, with expertise in SQL and the ability to query large and complex datasets effectively.
- In-depth experience in Data Modeling and Architecture, with familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of data profiling, statistical analysis, and data standardization techniques, with experience working with tools like Collibra, Informatica, and Snowflake (Python or R skills are a plus).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or a High School diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in technology, with proven expertise in data solutions and a minimum of 4 years leading complex technology initiatives and influencing organizational strategy.
- At least 2 years of experience in Data Modeling and Architecture, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact data solutions.
