Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Varmoda is a company seeking a DCA Enterprise Project Manager to lead the onboarding of software solutions. The role involves planning, executing, and delivering projects while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and improving project efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the onboarding of the software
- Develop and track a project plan, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities, including internal team meetings and weekly meetings with the vendor (Emphasys)
- Ensure projects comply with federal, state, and local housing finance regulations and program requirements
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Serve as primary liaison between internal and external departments, staff, leadership, vendors, consultants, and external partners
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, efficiency, and processes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university in one of the following areas: Business Administration, Business Management, or a directly related field, or any other combination of education and professional experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job successfully
- An equivalent combination of knowledge, education, job or internship, training, or certifications that provide the necessary knowledge and skills to perform the job at the level listed successfully may be substituted year-over-year
- 3 or more years of experience with onboarding software for an organization with proven effective results in management and delivery
- 3 or more years in leadership working with a project team
- Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools, such as Jira
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
