The role involves transforming data into actionable insights to ensure delivery commitments are met and working closely with various teams to improve performance.
Responsibilities
- The Delivery Performance Analyst acts as the Line of Business (LOB) “Data‑Driven Watchdog” once a purchase order (PO) has been released
- By transforming raw transactional and data into clear, actionable insights, the analyst ensures that all delivery commitments are communicated efficiently to support LOB programs expectations
- This role partners closely with MPMs, procurement, program management and supplier teams to drive continuous improvement in delivery performance and risk mitigation
Skills
- 3+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline
- Proficiency with SAP, Excel and data‑visualization tools (Tableau)
- Ability to travel
- FAR / DFAR experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform root‑cause analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
- Ability to prioritize work
