Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. International Justice Mission (IJM) is the global leader in protecting vulnerable people from violence around the world. They are seeking a Director, Data Analytics & Insights to lead the development of segmentation frameworks and donor motivation models to guide marketing and fundraising decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop, own, steward, and implement insight-driven development methodology, ensuring all major initiatives are grounded in audience understanding, learning agendas, and evidence-based planning
- Inform and advise stakeholders by translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions
- Lead and direct global workflow, prioritization, and project management for the marketing leadership office, enabling clarity, momentum, and disciplined execution across complex initiatives
- Build and engage cross-functional relationships to foster adoption of analytics tools and promote a data-informed culture
- Produce foresight, trend, and learning reports that help the organization anticipate cultural, generational, and sector shifts and adapt strategy accordingly; and
- Participation in IJM’s community of spiritual formation

- Proven ability to translate human insights, behavioral research, and audience understanding into clear, actionable strategy and creative direction
- Demonstrated expertise in segmentation, journey mapping, trend analysis, and insight synthesis that shapes global marketing approaches
- Strong strategic leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex decision-making and planning processes
- Exceptional organizational, workflow, and project management capabilities, enabling clarity, alignment, and forward momentum at a leadership level
