Enspire Partners is a growing technology organization seeking a Director of AI‑Enabled Marketing to lead a modern, AI‑driven marketing function. This role involves overseeing the full marketing engine, redesigning workflows using AI, and managing a high-impact team to enhance creativity and strategy in marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall marketing strategy and execution across multiple business lines, including enterprise applications, CRM/RevOps, and AI‑enabled solutions
- Build and manage AI‑powered workflows and agents for content development, research, reporting, quality assurance, and competitive monitoring
- Establish governance standards for autonomous AI output and determine where human review remains required
- Drive demand generation and pipeline performance, including lead scoring, sales handoff, and accurate reporting on marketing effectiveness
- Develop and mentor a small, high‑impact team, raising AI fluency and ensuring human time is focused on creative and strategic work
- Manage partner marketing initiatives and support joint go‑to‑market plans across a broader ecosystem
- Continuously improve marketing operations, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and alignment with organizational goals
Skills
- Proven experience building or operating AI‑enabled marketing workflows that materially changed how a team works
- Ability to demonstrate a real example of an AI‑driven workflow, including the before/after state, quality standards, and human‑in‑the‑loop decisions
- Strong understanding of where AI accelerates marketing performance and where human judgment is still essential
- Experience leading creative teams while maintaining operational discipline and comfort with pipeline reporting
- Ability to work directly with executive leadership and operate effectively in environments with ambiguity and rapid change
- Broad marketing leadership experience; comfortable owning the full marketing function rather than a single channel
