Position Overview

This is a fully remote, full‑time opportunity based in the United States. You will work a consistent shift of Sunday through Thursday, 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm EST, supporting a 24/7 call‑center environment. While the role is remote, you will be expected to cover holidays and may have schedule adjustments based on business needs.
