American Medical Staffing is seeking an Education Services Recruiter who is relationship-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves identifying, engaging, and placing clinicians and educators in K-12 school districts, while managing a pipeline of qualified professionals and ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, interview, and qualify education services professionals through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future client needs
- Guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding
- Develop lasting relationships with candidates by providing an exceptional recruitment experience
- Partner closely with Account Managers to ensure seamless candidate placement and successful assignment transitions
- Negotiate compensation packages and educate candidates on available opportunities
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Meet and exceed recruiting performance metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and other key performance indicators
Skills
- Experience recruiting in education staffing, healthcare staffing, or a high-volume recruiting environment required
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven, sales-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with ATS platforms, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
