Why join us? • Base salary range: $120k to $250k (DOE) + structured performance-based bonuses — up to $300k total comp • Quarterly bonus cadence tied to billable hours, originations, and collections • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match • Generous PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays • Remote from anywhere in California or hybrid in Pasadena — your call Job Details • Defend employers across the full spectrum of employment litigation — wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination • Handle matters from inception through resolution: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation • Advise employer clients on compliance with California and federal labor and employment laws • Draft policies, handbooks, and employment agreements to reduce litigation exposure • Collaborate with firm attorneys on cross-practice matters with an employment dimension Looking For: • Active California bar license • Minimum 3 years of defense-side employment law experience • Strong PAGA case handling background • Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently and deliver practical compliance counsel Any combination of the following is fine, you don't need all of them: • Wage and Hour Defense • PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act) • Wrongful Termination • Discrimination and Retaliation Defense • Employment Compliance and Handbook Drafting • Labor and Employment Law (CA and Federal) • Class Action Defense Easy Apply now by clicking the "Easy Apply" button.
