The Engineering Manager will lead and develop a team of software engineers, ensuring high-quality product delivery while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on learning and continuous improvement
- Support career development through regular feedback and mentoring
- Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives
- Drive engineering excellence through best practices in testing, CI/CD, documentation, and code quality
- Monitor and improve delivery metrics, reliability, and engineering performance
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Communicate priorities, technical trade-offs, and delivery risks effectively
- Help ensure the team remains aligned with business objectives
- Guide architecture and technical decision-making
- Participate in design discussions and code reviews
- Support the team with complex technical challenges and critical delivery initiatives
