**The Role**
As a Remote Entry Level Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and families, gathering information, and relaying it to clinicians. This role requires strong customer care skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain professional and composed in high-pressure situations. You will be trained and supported in processing calls, and you will have the opportunity to enhance your customer care skills while working with arenaflex.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive and process calls from patients and families
* Gather information from callers and relay it to clinicians

* Work independently in a home-office setting, with minimal supervision

**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age
* Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
* Evening, weekend shifts required (including holidays)
* Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
