Position Overview
The Remote Entry-Level Data Entry & Typing Specialist is a vital member of the careerzynith Adult Education Office. In this role, you will manage multiple databases, ensure the integrity of grant‑related data, and support day‑to‑day clerical operations. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update multiple databases to guarantee accurate record‑keeping and organized data structures.
- Enter required grant data precisely into the National Reporting System (NRS), meeting monthly, quarterly, and year‑end deadlines.
- Track attendance and assessment data, adhering to established procedures and compliance standards.
- Safeguard student information in full compliance with FERPA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Conduct regular error checks and perform data clean‑up in NRS to support reliable reporting and analytics.
- Provide timely data access to staff, stakeholders, and external partners, facilitating informed decision‑making.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet local, state, and program deadlines without compromising quality.
- Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, including pre‑ and post‑testing for state‑mandated assessments.
