Description:
• Place outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified prospects and book qualified appointments.
• Follow established scripts and sales processes to secure appointments.
• Log calls, interactions, and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
• Handle objections and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Work scheduled calling hours while managing a full-time remote workload.
• Coordinate appointment-setting efforts for licensed sales agents.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of recent outbound appointment-setting experience.
• Recent phone-based appointment-setting experience in field or virtual sales.
• Must reside and work in the United States.
• Ability to commit to at least 35 hours per week on a full-time basis.
• Strong communication skills and confidence handling objections.
• Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.
• High-speed computer or laptop; Google Chromebooks are not accepted.
• Headset required.
• Experience in inbound-only or customer service roles is not sufficient.
• Must be able to work within assigned calling windows.
