Educated Solutions Corp is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for their client, the U.S.’s largest commercial real estate services firm. This role involves supporting financial operations, reporting, and planning while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly expense accruals
- Generate monthly financial reports for internal stakeholders
- Prepare and analyze monthly variance commentary
- Develop and review monthly expense forecasts
- Assist with month-end financial reporting activities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Respond to ad hoc financial reporting requests and special projects
- Ensure financial data is accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule
- Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve financial questions and reporting issues
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of professional accounting or finance experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience preparing financial reports, accruals, and expense forecasts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Experience with month-end close activities
- Experience preparing management reporting and variance analysis
- Experience working in a corporate finance environment
- Commercial real estate or property management finance experience is a plus
