Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Plan2Placement is partnering with a rapidly growing Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company to identify an exceptional Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will serve as a strategic business partner, providing financial insights that influence key business decisions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Perform monthly financial analysis and variance reporting
- Develop executive-level financial models and dashboards
- Analyze revenue, margins, operating expenses, and profitability
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial reporting and KPI analysis
- Improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and business efficiencies
- Support month-end and year-end financial close activities
- Present financial recommendations to senior leadership
Skills
- 3+ years of progressive Finance experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required, including: Complex formulas, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Financial modeling, Data analysis
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience strongly preferred
