Buzzballz, LLC / Southern Champion is seeking a Global Senior Marketing Procurement Manager to lead and execute global marketing procurement strategies. This leadership role involves partnering with various teams to optimize marketing investments and manage supplier relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global procurement strategies across marketing categories, including media, creative, partnerships, POS, merchandising, and market research
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify cost savings, process improvements, and agency optimization opportunities that support business objectives
- Lead supplier relationships, sourcing activities, and procurement performance tracking through key metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee POS creation, printing, fulfillment, and trafficking while ensuring quality, efficiency, and value across supplier networks
- Coach and develop a Marketing Procurement team member while driving accountability and results
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 10 years of Procurement experience, including at least 5 years supporting Marketing Procurement categories
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions using data
- Proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent
- Experience managing marketing procurement categories such as POS, media, creative services, merchandising, or market research
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Remote with some travel to corporate office in Louisville, KY
