Growth Analyst & Reporting Manager
Overview
We are seeking a Growth Analyst & Reporting Manager to take ownership of the accuracy, structure, and reliability of growth reporting, planning systems, and performance models.
This is a non-technical analytics role focused on business reporting, modeling, and insight generation (primarily in Google Sheets). You will work with existing data infrastructure to ensure leadership always has clear, validated, and actionable performance visibility.
You will act as the central layer of truth for growth data, ensuring weekly alignment on performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.
Core Purpose of the Role
Ensure all growth and performance data is accurate, consistent, and decision-ready
Maintain a reliable reporting and forecasting system used by leadership
Translate raw performance data into structured insights and action points
Support planning, target setting, and performance tracking across all channels
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Reporting & Performance Tracking (Primary Focus)
Own weekly, monthly, and annual reporting across all channels and markets (Google Sheets-based)
Maintain reporting dashboards that clearly show:
On-track performance
Off-track performance
Areas requiring attention
Ensure all figures are accurate, validated, and consistent across sources
Provide fast, reliable responses to ad-hoc performance questions
2. Data Accuracy & Validation Layer
Act as the validation layer between raw data sources and business reporting
Reconcile discrepancies across dashboards, platforms, and source systems
Investigate anomalies and verify data at source level when needed
Escalate and track data issues with data owners until resolution
Ensure leadership decisions are based on trusted data
3. Planning, Forecasting & Modeling (Sheets-First Ownership)
Own and maintain core business models in Google Sheets, including:
Revenue targets
Channel targets
Regional performance targets
Spend, ROAS, CAC, and efficiency models
Forecasting and scenario planning models
Compensation-related models (where applicable)
Ensure all models are:
Updated
Internally consistent
Reliable for leadership decision-making
Incorporate inputs from growth and performance teams into planning cycles
4. Ad-hoc Analysis & Insights
Perform structured analysis across:
Channels
Campaigns
Countries/regions
Time periods
Identify trends, anomalies, and key performance drivers
Deliver clear, actionable insights with minimal direction
Support leadership with real-time analysis during key discussions
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
Head of Growth
Head of Performance
Growth Operations Lead
Data team (for data quality issues)
Participate in performance calls to validate data and provide updates
Support continuous improvement of reporting systems and data integrity
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years experience in:
Growth analytics / marketing analytics / performance analytics / reporting
Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing channels such as:
Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Email, Affiliate, etc.
Solid understanding of key e-commerce / performance metrics:
CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, LTV, etc.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (must-have)
Proven experience building reporting and forecasting models
Strong attention to detail with a high standard for data accuracy
Ability to independently validate and reconcile datasets
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluent English communication skills
