They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth while taking ownership of the marketing strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Own demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, events, webinars, social media, and paid channels
- Build and optimize lead generation and lead nurturing programs
- Manage website strategy, conversion optimization, and SEO initiatives
- Partner with sales leadership to improve lead quality, pipeline conversion, and overall go-to-market performance
- Develop content and messaging that supports customer acquisition and market positioning
- Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry events
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI
- Manage marketing automation workflows and campaign operations within HubSpot or similar platforms
- Identify new growth opportunities through experimentation, testing, and data-driven decision making
- Help establish scalable marketing processes, reporting frameworks, and best practices
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, B2B marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Experience owning pipeline generation and marketing campaigns that directly support revenue growth
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies
- Experience managing marketing programs across multiple channels
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing and CRM platforms
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
- Experience in SaaS, AI, manufacturing technology, industrial technology, or enterprise software
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience
- Paid search, paid social, and SEO experience
- Event marketing and webinar program ownership
- Marketing automation and lifecycle marketing experience
- Startup or venture-backed company experience
