The Growth Product Manager will define the product roadmap to enhance user acquisition and retention, focusing on the Arc Score experience and collaborating with various teams to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine the product roadmap to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis
- Develop and test hypotheses via experiments
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing
- Prioritize initiatives that improve key product and growth metrics
- Translate user and market insights into clear requirements
- Leverage design thinking to shape intuitive experiences
- Coordinate growth campaigns across digital channels
- Monitor performance
- Report on experiment outcomes
- Iterate on strategies to align product decisions with Klyft’s mission and long-term vision
Skills
- Product strategy and planning skills, including Product Road Mapping and Product Management, with the ability to align initiatives to clear outcomes
- Growth-focused skills such as Growth Hacking and Growth Marketing, with experience designing and running experiments to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Human-centered problem-solving skills using Design Thinking, with the capability to turn user insights into actionable product improvements
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, engineering, and marketing teams in a remote, digital-first environment
- Strong analytical skills, including comfort with product analytics tools, A/B testing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product decisions and trade-offs to diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Design, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience in growth-oriented product roles
- Background in consumer technology, health tech, or related fields is beneficial; familiarity with wearable ecosystems and data-driven personalization is a plus
