The role involves owning the business development function, building relationships, and driving opportunities from initial conversations to signed partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Leading discovery conversations with founders, CEOs and CMOs
- Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline
- Driving both inbound and outbound opportunities
- Leading pitches and proposals
- Working closely with strategy, creative and operations to win the right work
- Helping shape how Bald continues to grow
Skills
- Experience generating revenue within a branding or creative agency
- Personally owned revenue targets
- Led commercial conversations with senior decision makers
- Experience managing opportunities from prospecting through signed partnership
- Excellent communication and commercial judgement
- Agency experience is valuable, but we're equally interested in candidates who combine agency experience with consulting, partnerships, startups or entrepreneurship
