AgentSync is a venture-backed SaaS company headquartered in Denver, seeking a Head of Legal to build their legal strategy and provide guidance across the business. The role focuses on SaaS commercial and transactional agreements, requiring the ability to think comprehensively about legal strategy and operate independently in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the company’s go-to-market and product teams from inception to product development and beyond to identify potential legal risks and provide risk-mitigation counseling
- Maintain knowledge of the company’s legal documents and operations
- Work on transactional agreements and commercial agreements process and templates
- Wear many hats and roll up the sleeves where needed
Skills
- Juris Doctorate degree from ABA accredited law school
- Must be a bar member in good standing of an applicable state
- 6+ years of legal experience, including 2+ years working in house at a SaaS firm
- Experience in commercial transactions
