Responsibilities
- Security engineering + security operations execution
- Incident response leadership (Incident Commander during events)
- Detection & response maturity (SIEM, SOC partnerships, threat hunting)
- Building scalable operating models driven by metrics and automation
- Secure enablement of AI adoption
- Hiring and scaling the security team throughout 2026
- Driving cross-functional alignment across Engineering, IT, Product Security, GRC, and Legal
Skills
- Senior security leader with deep technical roots (not purely GRC or vendor management)
- Experience running security operations and engineering teams
- Proven success scaling teams and raising the performance bar
- Comfortable operating in 'wartime' environments — aggressive timelines, high ownership, fast pace
- Strong background across modern security architecture (IAM, cloud security tooling, detection engineering, incident response)
