This role involves driving product strategies and delivering impactful healthcare software products to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and define the vision, strategy, and OKRs for healthcare digital products
- Collaborate across engineering, design, and stakeholder teams to execute product roadmaps
- Drive product outcomes that solve critical business and healthcare challenges
- Lead efforts to launch and improve software solutions in an FDA-regulated industry
- Influence and inspire teams with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Skills
- Prior experience as a product manager in FDA regulated industries such as biotech, med dev, etc
- Experience as a product manager or related role with a successful track record of launching healthcare software products
- Ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear product roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills
