As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will source and qualify candidates, facilitate interviews, and maintain candidate records to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates to find the best fit for each role
- Build candidate commitment ahead of client interviews
- Schedule and facilitate interviews between clients and candidates
- Keep candidates accountable and informed throughout the process
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth onboarding experience
- Build and nurture a pipeline of candidates for future opportunities
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates while they're on assignment
- Grow your network through referrals and recommendations
- Meet and exceed weekly and quarterly performance goals
- Deliver the 'Premier Experience' to every candidate, colleague, and coworker you work with
