They are looking for a dynamic Healthcare Recruiter to manage recruitment efforts for critical healthcare roles, collaborate with hiring managers, and build local networks.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-lifecycle sourcing and recruitment efforts for high-volume, critical healthcare roles across Tampa metro area
- Collaborate directly with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, analyze attrition rates, and design proactive recruitment blueprints for expanding programs
- Travel to regional community events, schools, and facilities to build local networks, promote career pathways, and cultivate face-to-face relationships with hiring managers and future talent
- Document and track all candidate progress with accuracy and efficiency within our applicant tracking system and recruitment CRMs
Skills
- 2+ years of dedicated recruiting or human resources experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
- Must live in the Tampa or surrounding areas - NO ORLANDO
- Healthcare recruitment experience is highly preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP certifications are considered a plus
