Scalence L.L.C. is seeking an experienced HR Analytics Consultant with a strong background in human resources and advanced data analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will utilize Power BI and SAS to provide data-driven insights and develop executive-level dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling using SAS
- Collect, clean, and prepare HR datasets for reporting and analytical purposes
- Translate complex HR data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Partner with HR leadership to identify trends in workforce, headcount, attrition, compensation, and performance data
- Support ad hoc data requests and analytical projects as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in Power BI — dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX
- Hands-on SAS experience — data manipulation, statistical procedures, reporting
- Strong background in HR data — familiarity with HRIS systems and HR metrics
- Proficiency in data preparation, cleansing, and transformation
- Ability to work independently and deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment
