They are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to engage customers, solve their automotive needs, and build trust through exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Be the ultimate brand and customer advocate
- Sprinkle positivity through calls, web chat, and social media interactions like confetti at a celebration
- Ask questions, depart knowledge, and guide customers seamlessly through their automotive journey
- Collaborate with our super team to conquer customer escalations and resolutions!
- Educate and schedule customers for a date with destiny at a Sun Auto Tire & Service location
- Respond faster than a pit stop crew to maintenance and retention requests
- Keep our customer records shinier than a freshly waxed car!
- Project a vibe so positive it rivals a beach day under the Sun
- Be a goal-crushing legend, accountable to our vision, values, and targets

Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in sales or marketing
- Familiarity with InContact, Zendesk, or similar telephony and CRM software
- A track record of good tenure
- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Teams
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Remote work experience – because we believe in the power of flexibility!
- A private workspace free from distractions and a high-speed internet
- Bilingual skills are a plus
