My Education Solutions (MES) is dedicated to helping clients reduce their student loan debt through counseling and administrative services. They are seeking a motivated Inbound Sales Representative to engage new clients, educate them on loan forgiveness opportunities, and close deals efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with individuals struggling with student debt through inbound calls, referrals, networking, and digital outreach
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients eligible for forgiveness programs
- Educate clients on various federal loan forgiveness programs, including Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and Income-Driven Repayment (IDR) plans
- Assess client eligibility and guide them through the application process
- Ensure clients complete all required paperwork accurately and meet program requirements
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations and company policies
- Stay updated on changes to student loan forgiveness programs and federal regulations
- Provide feedback to the team on emerging trends and opportunities in the market
- Accurately record all activities, leads, and client interactions in Zoho
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline status
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in financial consulting, sales, or advising roles
- Strong ability to explain complex financial programs in a simple and compelling way for potential clients
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- 2+ years of Tele-Sales experience
- A “hunter” mentality with the drive to seek out and engage new clients
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for lead generation and tracking
- Familiarity with federal student loan forgiveness programs and processes is a strong plus
