They are seeking an experienced Independent Technical Sales Representative / Business Development Partner to expand their MEP and BIM services on the U.S. East Coast. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and representing BIMEXPERTS in commercial discussions while coordinating with their technical team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients in the U.S. East Coast construction and engineering market
- Generate qualified leads and business opportunities
- Arrange introductory meetings with decision-makers
- Represent BIMEXPERTS professionally in first-stage commercial discussions
- Understand client requirements and coordinate handover to our technical team
- Support proposal follow-up and relationship management
- Maintain a clear pipeline of contacts, opportunities and next steps
Skills
- Existing network in MEP, BIM, VDC, construction, engineering or design-build
- Understanding of Revit, BIM, MEP coordination or construction documentation
- Experience selling technical services to contractors, engineers or construction firms
- Strong communication skills and professional business approach
- Ability to work independently and develop new opportunities
- Existing relationships with MEP contractors or engineering firms are a strong advantage
