The Senior Talent/Influencer Manager will lead creator partnerships, manage a diverse creator roster, and coordinate influencer programs with partners to ensure authentic connections with communities.
Responsibilities
- Build, organize, and manage a robust roster of creators and influencers across multiple audience segments and tiers
- Identify and vet talent whose values, voice, and audience authentically align with campaign objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with creators, talent representatives, agencies, and managers to ensure a strong and evolving pipeline
- Create systems to track talent relationships, deal terms, usage rights, renewals, and performance
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and external agencies to negotiate talent agreements, including compensation, usage rights, exclusivity, and deliverables
- Structure influencer and intellectual property agreements with a strategic, long-term mindset
- Leverage an established network of talent representatives, agencies, and industry relationships to source best-in-class partners
- Develop and support creator briefs that clearly communicate campaign objectives, creative direction, and content expectations
- Review creator content to ensure brand quality, authenticity, and alignment with campaign goals
- Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and talent communications across multiple concurrent campaigns
- Cast creators and talent for social-first content, digital programming, and experiential activations, ensuring the right voices are matched to each opportunity
- Build and own influencer reporting frameworks that measure reach, engagement, conversions, and overall business impact
- Present campaign performance, insights, and optimization recommendations to cross-functional leadership
- Continuously refine creator selection, briefing strategies, and partnership models based on performance data and cultural trends
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or creator management
- Deeply connected to culture, with strong knowledge of music, entertainment, sports, fashion, and digital communities
- Possess an established network of creator agencies, talent representatives, and industry partners that can be activated immediately
- Strong understanding of influencer performance metrics and a proven ability to optimize investment for measurable business results
- Platform fluent across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms, with a deep understanding of native content formats
- Experienced negotiating talent agreements, intellectual property rights, exclusivity terms, and complex partnership structures
- Strategic, business-minded, and able to balance creative opportunity with organizational objectives
- Exceptional communicator who builds trust across internal stakeholders, agencies, and external talent
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
