What You'll Own • Running the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal • Guiding customers confidently — not waiting on them to decide • Following up with discipline until there's a yes or a no • Overcoming objections without flinching • Managing your own pipeline inside our CRM • Hitting and exceeding revenue targets across multiple brands The Ramp This is what the first six months look like. • Months 1–2: You'll be learning the playbook, the products, and the CRM. First deals typically land in weeks 2–4. To bridge the ramp, we provide a $2,000/month draw against future commissions for your first 2 months — recoverable from your earnings, and forgivable at month 6 if you're in good standing. • Months 3–6: Pipeline builds, close rates climb, and commission income takes over. By month 6, top contractors are pacing $75K–$165K+ annualized. • Month 6+: 100% commission, uncapped. The harder you work the playbook, the bigger the paycheck.
