Remote Inside Sales Specialist

Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Position Overview We are seeking a driven and highly organized Inside Sales Specialist to lead front-line customer engagement and support the continued growth of the ReVive® Hemoperfusion platform across the United States. This role is critical in identifying new opportunities, nurturing prospective customers, and supporting long-term account growth within the veterinary healthcare market. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-focused, and experienced in managing high-volume outreach while maintaining strong CRM discipline and communication. This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and has a passion for advancing innovative veterinary medical technologies. This individual should also have the willingness and ability to travel. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage outbound prospecting efforts targeting veterinary emergency hospitals, specialty hospitals, teaching institutions, and referral networks • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline • Coordinate closely with Regional Account Managers to support territory growth initiatives and strategic account development • Conduct introductory sales calls, virtual product presentations, follow-up communications, and pipeline nurturing activities • Maintain accurate and detailed customer activity within HubSpot CRM • Assist in developing targeted campaigns for new customer acquisition and account expansion • Schedule product demonstrations, evaluations, trainings, and customer meetings • Support conference follow-up activities and post-event lead development • Identify customer needs and communicate appropriate solutions utilizing the ReVive® HP System, ToxiClear™, and CytoClear™ technologies • Generate quotations, assist with capital equipment proposals, and support financing or trial program coordination • Work collaboratively with Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and successful onboarding • Maintain strong understanding of competitive technologies, market trends, and emerging opportunities within veterinary extracorporeal therapies and blood purification • Participate in regular pipeline review meetings, forecasting discussions, and strategic planning initiatives Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent sales or veterinary industry experience considered • 2–5+ years of inside sales, medical sales, veterinary sales, or business development experience preferred • Experience within veterinary emergency, specialty, critical care, medical device, or healthcare environments highly desirable • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams • Experience utilizing CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent • Comfortable conducting virtual presentations and customer engagement activities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly growing organization • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication platforms Why Join Us?
