Motion Recruitment is an American retailer that operates four well-known brands, and they are seeking an Instructional Designer to join their team. This role involves updating eLearning modules and ensuring the accuracy and engagement of training materials.
Responsibilities
- Update existing eLearning modules to reflect UKG's new user interface
- Replace and edit screenshots, videos, and other instructional content
- Ensure learning materials remain accurate, engaging, and visually consistent
- Work with internal teams to review and publish updated training content
Skills
- 3+ years of Instructional Design experience
- Experience developing or updating training for enterprise software, preferably UKG (Kronos), payroll, HRIS, or workforce management systems
- Experience using Synthesia to create or update training videos
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple content updates in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (preferred) or Adobe Captivate
