In this role, the Instructional Designer will conduct learning needs analyses, design various training materials, and partner with stakeholders to create effective learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct learning needs analyses and identify role-based training requirements
- Design and develop eLearning, instructor-led, virtual instructor-led training, job aids, and performance support materials
- Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate complex processes into effective learning experiences
- Support train-the-trainer programs, pilot sessions, and end-user readiness activities
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions based on feedback and adoption metrics
Skills
- 5+ years of instructional design experience supporting technology or business transformation programs
- Expertise with digital learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and learner-centered design
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience with Sales, Trade Promotion Management, Commercial Operations, or other enterprise business systems is a plus
