Responsibilities
- Lead territory growth initiatives and agency development efforts throughout Texas
- Build and strengthen relationships with agency partners, industry associations, and key stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and business performance to identify growth opportunities
- Partner with underwriting, claims, and leadership teams to support strategic initiatives
- Mentor and develop sales team members while driving accountability and results
Skills
- 6+ years of insurance sales experience with a proven record of leading teams
- Strong knowledge of homeowners, personal lines, and independent agency operations
- Experience developing agency relationships and executing growth strategies
