Position Overview

• Assist with insurance applications, policy updates, and requests
• Maintain organized client information in internal systems
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth daily activities
Qualifications & Skills
• Prior experience in insurance or customer support is helpful
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
