The IS Applications Analyst will manage projects, analyze user requirements, and coordinate project team activities within a multi-facility healthcare organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage small and moderately complex projects, establish and implement new or revised system requirements or procedures
- Analyze user requirements, develop and implement systems for moderately complex processes
- Coordinate activities of project team and act as a source for direction, training and guidance for less experienced departmental staff
- Initiate course correction to stay on schedule while providing professional support for a large multi-facility healthcare organization
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Epic accreditation or certification within 90 days of hire
- 4 or more years Industry related experience in Healthcare IS
- Certifications in software applications, technology infrastructure, or clinical specializations upon hire
- 3 years Healthcare IS experience
- Epic experience
- Managed care experience
