Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiatives in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to work for our company, responsible for implementing architecture for continuous integration and deployment while also serving as the administrator of complex technology implementations.
Responsibilities
- Implements architecture for continuous integration and deployment, and monitoring
- Executes Scrum Agile methodology and implements DevOps methodologies at the project level
- Serves as the administrator of complex technology implementations in a product-centric environment
- Debugs cluster-based computing architecture
- Uses scripting or basic programming skills to solve problems
- Installs and administers monitoring tools and configuration management tools (e.g., TFS, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Salt, LVM)
Skills
- Must be eligible to obtain a clearance. (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
- One (1) year of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree required
- CSP Certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, Azure SA, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
- Experience with Scrum Agile methodology and implementing DevOps methodologies at project levels
- Experience with deployments with on premise or cloud environments
- Experience deploying and configuring DevOps services using infrastructure
